Chile’s iconic corn casserole — this savory-sweet dish (similar to a corn shepherd’s pie) layers seasoned ground beef, sautéed onions, garlic, bell peppers, raisins, black olives, a slice of hard-boiled egg, and a tender Mary’s organic chicken thigh at the center. Topped with a golden blend of ground corn and Italian basil, then finished with a light sprinkle of sugar for a crisp, caramelized crust.
